However, all the windows appeared to be occupied on the website and I could only get a middle aisle seat, seemingly no luck. So I changed a strategy and came to
Chinggis Khaan Airport very early to ask a check-in agent if they could give me one of windows. The lady at the counter said to me without any hesitation, " I give you 11A". And here I am in the best seat in the house, a front-row portside window, enjoying the last bit of the wild steppe and one more plate of Mongolian pies. My strategy worked. チンギスハーン空港にかなり早めに来て、チェックインエージェントに窓際が空いていないかどうか聞いてみた。すると担当してくれた女性は顔色一つ変えずに「11Aを差し上げます」と一言。というわけで、無事最前列ポートサイドのウインドウという機内でベストなシートに座りながら、最後にもう一度広大なステップの風景とモンゴルパイを楽しめることになった。作戦は大成功。MIATモンゴル B787-9 UBN-NRT。生涯827フライト目。
