DON MUEANG INTERNATIONAL

Paying a visit to Don Mueang International for the first time since Bangkok's main international airport has moved to Suvarnabhumi. Currently, both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are focusing on the LCCs, so I don't think I'll be using this airport again. When Don Mueang was a hub of Thai Airways International with the airport code BKK, the airside Thai massage was my favorite thing to do during my connection or stopover. I'm not sure if they still have it around the gates.

バンコクのメインの国際空港がスワンナプームに移って以来初めて、ドンムアンインターナショナルを見学した。現在はターミナル1も2もLCCが中心なので、この空港を使う機会はもうないだろう。ここがタイ国際航空のハブとしてBKKというコードを持っていた時代は、トランジットやストップオーバーの間にエアサイドでタイマッサージを受けるのが楽しみだった。今もまだゲートのそばにマッサージ屋があるのだろうか。
