This hotel has modern hardware, including elevators with destination floor buttons outside the cab. The hotel staff showed me wonderful hospitality, and one of them at the front desk gracefully handled a one-day delay of my arrival due to a flight cancellation. Sometimes the quality of the hotel you are staying in influences how you feel about the city you're visiting, especially when it's your first time there. The Swissotel definitely made me love the city of Sarajevo more.
このホテルのハードウェアはかなりモダンで、エレベーターには乗る前に行先階を指定するボタンがついていた。スタッフのホスピタリティも素晴らしく、フロントデスクの一人は、フライトのキャンセルのせいで一日遅れた僕のチェックインにエレガントな対応を見せてくれた。宿泊するホテルのクオリティは、ともすれば滞在している街の印象を左右する。その街に初めて来た時は、なおさらのこと。スイソテルのおかげで、サラエヴォの街が一段と好きになった。
