AZUMI SETODA: CHECK-IN

I drove all the way from Fukuyama Station to Ikuchi Island, floating in the Seto Inland Sea, just to stay at this place. Azumi Setoda is the first property under the Azumi brand, which the legendary hotelier and Aman founder Adrian Zecha created with a Japanese hospitality company. Here, Mr. Zecha redefined the culture and experience of the traditional Japanese inn from his point of view. Upon checking into a two-story room with a small garden, we were welcomed by the okami (landlady), who had been at Amanemu before.
