TRAINS AROUND THE GREATER NAGOYA AREA: YUTORITO LINE AND JR CENTRAL CHUO WEST LINE

The next one I took was not a train, but a bus that runs like a train on a dedicated double track. This guided bus service is called Yutorito Line, and the driver doesn't control the steering wheel while the bus is operated on a dedicated track.

次に乗ったのは列車ではなく、複線の専用軌道を列車のように走るバス。このガイドウェイバス路線はゆとりーとラインと呼ばれている。専用線上ではドライバーがハンドルを操作する必要はない。

Next is the 315-series EMU, the brand new train introduced by JR Central last year. It is said that this car will be the main workhorse for JR Central's local service.

そしてそのあとはJR東海が昨年導入したばかりのニューフェイス、315系電車。今後JR東海が運行する普通列車の主力車両になるらしい。
