ホテルのゲストは、営業時間終了後のテレビ塔上層展望台とその屋外バルコニーを宿泊客専用ラウンジとして使うことができる。エレベーターへのアクセスは裏動線が用意されていた。ホテルの設備としてはかなり予想外で、素敵なボーナスをもらった感じ。
