NOVOTEL BANGKOK SUVARNABHUMI AIRPORT (3)

Reunion with a towel elephant at my regular hotel at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi. A hotel staff member greeted me inside the baggage claim area of the airport and helped me with my luggage. It was a fabulous customer service. Khap khun krap!
