PRE-SOCIALIST ARCHITECTURES IN LJUBLJANA

I'm in awe of this building—the Ursuline Church of the Holy Trinity, built between 1718 and 1726. It slightly reminds me of Ricardo Bofill's works.

畏敬の念を抱いてしまう建築。1718年から1728年の間に作られたウルシュリンスカ教会。ちょっとだけリカルド•ボフィルっぽくもある。

This is neither a castle nor a hotel. This is the main building of the University of Ljubljana.

城でもない。ホテルでもない。これはリュブ大のメインビルディング。

The Ljubljana railway station originally built in the mid-19th century. They say there will be a big redevelopment project around the station, but this building will stay.

19世紀中頃に完成したリュブリャナ鉄道駅。駅周辺で巨大な再開発が行われるらしいが、この駅舎は残るらしい。

The Ljubljana Slovene National Theatre Drama. Very charming.

They call it Mali Nebotičnik, which means Mini Skyscraper. (The original Skyscraper building is on Slovenska Boulevard.) An excellent international-style apartment built in 1933.

これはマリ•ネボティチニック、つまりミニ・スカイスクレイパーと呼ばれているアパートメント（ミニじゃないスカイスクレイパーはスロヴェンスカ大通りにある）。見事なインターナショナル様式。1933年もの。
