SOON TO BE GONE

The countdown to the farewell of the JR's limited express service between Kanazawa and Fukui has begun. These services will be replaced by the Shinkansen soon. Today, I took one of them at Kanazawa Station to have a quick 43-minute journey to Fukui. 

金沢ー福井間のJR特急廃止へのカウントダウンが始まった。この区間の特急はまもなく新幹線に置き換えられることになる。今日は金沢駅でそのうちの一つに乗り、福井まで43分間の短い旅に出た。
