SG DECO

Checking out the former Asia Insurance Building, now housing the Ascott Raffles Place Singapore hotel and apartments. This handsome deco skyscraper was built in 1954 and once was the tallest building in Southeast Asia. Its lobby is also tasteful.

今はアスコット・ラッフルズ・プレース・シンガポールというホテル＆アパートメントになっている旧アジア・インシュランス・ビルディングを見学。このハンサムな高層デコは1954年に完成し、かつては東南アジアで最も高い建物だったらしい。ロビーもなかなか良い。
