HOUSTON AIRPORT MARRIOTT AT GEORGE BUSH INTERCONTINENTAL

The hotel staff at the lobby couldn't tell me how I could get to my room. The escalator I supposed to take to access my room was not working all day, so I (and all airline crew members I saw there) had to carry the luggage up and down the stairs. This Marriott is the only on-site hotel at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. If there's no competition, the hotel won't work hard.
