INADANI GRAND CHEF DINNER




This is the reason why I came to Inadani Valley. I joined Indani Grand Chef dinner organized by the team that consists of local chefs and farmers, and enjoyed their fabulous dinner course using locally sourced vegetables, fruits, and eggs.The dishes were not just creative and delicious, but also quite Instagrammable.
これが伊那谷まで来た理由。地元のシェフと農家によるチームが企画した「伊那谷グランシェフの会」のディナーに参加し、伊那の野菜、果物、卵を使った見事なディナーコースを楽しんだ。テーブルに出された料理はクリエイティブで美味しいだけでなく、かなりインスタグラマブル。

And this guy, Takada-kun, is one of the organizers. He is my friend from university days and old bandmate who was playing the bass guitar. Takada-kun left Tokyo where he worked for a big company as an employee and moved to Inadani Valley to start his apple/grape orchard with his family. It was so great to see the products he painstakingly nurtured have transformed into beautiful dishes and I could actually savored them with him in the valley he loves.
こちらが主催者の一人、高田君。僕の大学時代の友人で、僕が昔入っていたバンドのベースプレイヤー。高田君は大企業の社員として働いていた東京を離れて伊那谷に移住。家族と一緒にりんごとぶどうの果樹園を始めた。彼が丹精込めて作った果物から生まれた素晴らしい料理を、彼と一緒に、彼が愛する谷で味わえたのはとても嬉しい体験だった。
