One night, they played music super loud under my window for a private party even after midnight. Upon my check-out, their bell service melted down because they were handling too many bags. Their security at the garden was rude. Bottom line: I checked in a tourist attraction rather than a five-star hotel where I can find a piece of mind. This place is as shallow as Palazzo Versace.
