SHWEDAGON PAGODA: UNDER THE MOONLIGHT
Revisited the Shwedagon Pagoda after dinner. Of course, I had to take off my shoes and socks at the gate again. In the evening, paving stone tiles inside the temple grounds, which are too hot to walk on in bare feet during the daytime, become cooler. It was so comfortable to walk on them and I felt like I wanted to keep walking around forever. This comfort tells humans were originally walking barefoot.
This is how to access to the Pagoda. I took an escalator in bare feet maybe for the first time in my life.
