My room at the
Four Seasons Las Vegas was a great place to paparazzi some unique birds parked at McCarran International. These mysterious 737-600s are a part of the so-called "Janet", a highly classified fleet of passenger jets operated for the United States Air Force. They say these planes are used for transporting military personnel to the remote facility commonly known as
Area 51.
フォーシーズンズ・ラスベガスの僕の部屋は、マッカラン国際空港にいる珍鳥をパパラッチするのに最適。このミステリアスな737-600たちは、米空軍向けの極秘運航（通称「ジャネット」）で使われている旅客機群の一部。
エリア51と呼ばれる隔絶された施設へ軍関係者を運んでいるらしい。
Here are another famous birds. These two 747SPs are privately operated by Las Vegas Sands, a casino and resort company that owns properties such as Marina Bay Sands and the Venetian Macau. One of them made its first flight with
Pan Am and the other was a formerly a TWA bird.
こちらも有名な機体。マリーナベイ・サンズやザ・ベネチアン・マカオといったプロパティを持つカジノ＆リゾート会社「ラスベガス・サンズ」のプライベート747SPが2機。このうちの1機は最初のオペレーターが
パンナムだった。もう1機は元TWAの機体。
