The last stop of our
Triton Project tour is
Triton 13, a Triton Base opened at Jyusanhama in Ishinomaki's Kitakami area. This place was named after its location where thirteen coastal villages are sitting on the shore of Oppa Bay. Same as
Triton Onagawa, the house was renovated by
Makigumi. Since they kept original furniture and decorations here and there, the rooms have a nice mixture of a simple modern feel and a tradition.

TRITON PROJECTツアーが最後に立ち寄ったのは、石巻市北上地区の十三浜にオープンしたTRITON BASEである
TRITON 13。13という名前は、追浜湾に沿って十三の村が集まっていることを意味する地名にちなんでいる。リノベを担当したのは
TRITON ONAGAWAと同じく、
巻組。オリジナルの家具や意匠をそこここに残してあるので、シンプルでモダンなルックと伝統がいい感じで交じり合った室内になっている。
Some young fishermen has already moved here from other prefectures and started their new lives. They proudly hang the Triton 13 flag designed by
Gino at the entrance.
このTRITON BASEでは、県外から移ってきた若いフィッシャーマンたちがすでに新しい生活を始めている。玄関に誇らしげに掲げてあるのは、
ジーノがデザインしたTRITON 13のフラッグ。
