The General Dynamics FB-111 Aardvark, a strategic bomber version of the F-111 who is the first production variable-sweep wing aircraft. The F-111 is also the first production plane with afterburning turbofan engines.

The Convair F-102A Delta Dagger, an intercepter aircraft of the USAF. She is a delta-wing aircraft who has a delta-shaped vertical stabilizer. Even her cockpit canopy has the delta-shaped front windows.

The Republic F-105D Thunderchief. A multitask plane who can act both as a fighter and a bomber.
リパブリックF-105D サンダーチーフ。戦闘機としての任務も、爆撃機としての任務もこなすマルチタスク機。

From the Eastern bloc, the Antonov An-2. She is way more multitasking and has been used for agriculture, military, research, passenger services, and so on, since her debut in 1947. A lot of An-2s are still active around the world and I once saw her flying as an air taxi in Cuba.
そしてイースタンブロックから、アントノフ2。マルチタスク度合いはこちらのほうが大分上で、1947年のデビューからずっと、農業用、軍事用、研究用、旅客用などいろいろな目的で使われてきた。世界各国で多くのアントノフ2がまだ現役で飛んでいて、以前僕もキューバでエアタクシーとして飛んでいるのを見かけたことがある。
