Kagikakko is a Japanese word for brackets, and it's the name of a cafe operated by high school students in Ishinomaki (their actual name is written only with a pair of brackets). The idea behind the name is "you can put any possibilities in-between." This cafe located in front of Ishinomaki Station was opened one year after the 311 tsunami, and the interior design, catering, and even the menu development are handled by local high schoolers. Not just Kagikakko, they can also join the activities like Ishinomaki School or Ishinomaki Collection. In this city, high school students can find a lot of opportunities outside their schools.

「　」（かぎかっこ、と読み、正式名称はかぎかっこだけで表記される）は、石巻駅前にある、石巻の高校生たちが作ったカフェ。「中にどんな可能性も入れられる」というのがネーミングのコンセプト。東日本大震災の1年後にオープンし、インテリアデザインも、ケータリングも、メニュー開発もすべて高校生たちが行っている。かぎかっこだけではない。この街にはいしのまき学校もある。石巻コレクションもある。様々なチャンスが、学校の外で高校生たちを待っている。
