BOEING RENTON FACTORY

I resumed my aviation pilgrimage around Seattle. After Everett and Boeing Field,  I visited the Boeing Renton factory, where Boeing's narrow-body jets are built. This factory is currently making the 737 New Generation series and will soon be the birthplace of the 737 MAX.
シアトル周辺での航空巡礼を再開。エバレットとボーイングフィールドに続き、ボーイングのレントン工場を訪問する。ここはボーイングのナローボディジェットが作られてきたプラントで、現在は737のNGシリーズが組み立てられており、近い将来737 MAXの生誕の地になる予定。

Factory-fresh 737s for Delta, Jet Airways, China Southern, and others are on the flight line.
デルタ、ジェットエアウェイズ、中国南方などにデリバリーされるピカピカの737たちがフライトラインに並ぶ。

And she is 9M-MSI, a 737-800 for Malaysia Airlines, whose maiden flight was on September 30.
こちらはマレーシア航空の737-800、レジ番号9M-MSI。9月30日に初飛行したばかり。
