KAPPO NAKAJIMA
Enjoyed Kansai (Osaka area)-style Japanese kappo cuisine in the middle of Ginza. Kappo Nakajima was founded in 1931 by an owner chef who had been appointed to the first head chef of Hoshigaoka Saryo, the members-only restaurant run by the legendary epicure Rosanjin Kitaouji.
銀座の真ん中で関西割烹を楽しむ。割烹中嶋は昭和6年創業。創業者は、伝説的な美食家である北大路魯山人が主宰した会員制料亭「星ヶ丘茶寮」の初代料理長だった。
