KOTOBUKIDO
Once I'm done with the shamo chicken pot, it's time for dessert. Here at Kotobukido, a Japanese sweet shop founded in the Meiji era and known as a landmark of the Ningyo-cho neighborhood, they serve a cup of tea properly even if you're only buying a piece of yokan cake. Take the time to enjoy it, even if you are in a hurry. That's the true "iki" (sophistication) of a Tokyoite.
