YANGZI JIANG RESTAURANT

Opened in 1906, it is one of the oldest Chinese restaurants in Tokyo. The cold Chinese noodles at this place have been a symbol of Tokyo summer for me since my childhood.

明治39年開業。東京で最も古い中国料理店の一つ。ここの冷し中華は、僕にとって子どもの頃から東京の夏のシンボル。
