A hot spring ryokan (Japanese inn) in a small town called Mikuni in Fukui Prefecture, where you can see the sun setting over the sea, which is not familiar to people living on the Pacific side. They are known for their branch restaurant in Aoyama, Tokyo, that has the same name.
