HAKONE TAKEYABU

I stopped by Hakone Takeyabu, a branch of the Michelin-starred soba restaurant. I enjoyed their herring soba, the tranquility of the Hakone Mountains in winter, and the wonder of the gardens created by the owner, Mr. Abe.
